Indoor Aeroboot / Aerojumble 12th October 2019
(Quick Guide)

Now that all of the arrangements for this event have been agreed, we thought that it would be appropriate to provide some details about the key features of the event. Please note: ALL STALLS SOLD.

Saturday 12th October 2019

Admission Fee:

£4.50 per person {this is to recognise that some stalls in Hangar 2 are in front of the exhibits, which means that they cannot be viewed or photographed in the normal manner. Stallholders will stay on site at the event until 2pm, but we still suggest that you arrive early to seek the best bargains}.

A cash only admission point will be available in the Southfield Site area for direct access to the event from 9.00am until 10.30am; but all card payments will still need to be made via the Museum Shop entrance.

Stall holders note – helpers will ONLY be admitted if you have requested HELPER admission passes for them; {please forward these on in advance & do not rely on them being left with the organisers}; otherwise people will only be admitted after 9am by payment of an admission fee.

Gates will open at 7.00am for sellers.

Buyers & public are admitted at 9.00am.

Sellers will remain on site until at least 2.00pm.

These times will be strictly enforced and there are no early admission passes. Museum members are allowed on site in advance of the opening time.

Other Points of Note:

48 tables allocated to 37 different sellers in Display Hangar 2.

The new Museum Café (located close to Hangar 2) will open from 8.00am for sellers & 9.00am for buyers; this building also houses the closest toilets to Hangar 2. bacon butties available from the Dambusters Hut over by Hangar 1, near our original toilet facility on the Northfield Site that will also be available.

Car Parking for sellers – as we now have the new café open it is now more important than ever that the areas around the western end and the entrance to Hangar 2 are kept as clear as possible. So once you have unloaded your vehicle please move it into one of the designated car parking areas, either behind Hangar 2, or into the hard standing roadway area that hosted the visiting cockpits at Cockpit-Fest. Marshals will be on site to point you in the right directions.

Car parking for buyers – the car parking area on the old taxiway is now restricted to the left hand side as you approach the museum; for extra parking please drive along towards the museum entrance & into the Southfield where there will be additional parking available. For the on grass parking arrangements please follow the signs, marker and the instructions of our marshals.
