ATC Build A Plane Winners
Despite not having as many entries as we had hoped for we are proud to announce the winners of the #NAMplaneBuildATC competition.
The prize of two FREE museum visits (when we re-open) for the ATC Squadrons that produced the best designs, goes to:
1403 (Retford) Sqn Royal Air Force Air Cadets
2195 Sqn Long Eaton Royal Air Force Air Cadets
Dates for the visits for up to 20 cadets, officers and
civilian instructors per Squadron will be established once the Lockdown is
lifted.
We have also decided to award three prizes of £30 vouchers to spend in the
Museum Shop for the Cadets that produced the winning designs to:
Un-named cadet from 1403 (Retford) Sqn RAFAC for their Lightning model
Cadet Ellis from 1403 (Retford) Sqn RAFAC for their Lightning model
Cadet B Stapley from 2195 Sqn Long Eaton RAFAC for their MiG-27 model
We will be making arrangements with both Squadrons to get their prizes sorted out and also those for the cadets. Thank you to those ATC Squadrons that requested posters and tried to get the cadets engaged with this Lockdown activity.
Thank you again to 2195 Sqn Long Eaton Royal Air Force Air Cadets for inspiring the competition and for allowing us to use their photo!
