Canberra Reunion Appeal 2019

Effort towards securing the visiting displays at various museum events this year are now well underway and now we are turning our attentions to trying to establish contact with veterans and former service personnel.

In particular the museum is keen to hear from any personnel who have served on the Canberra (all mks).

On Saturday 18th May, 2019 we are hosting another Canberra Saturday event, which is dedicated to the Canberra aircraft and personnel that flew them; it will feature visiting displays. We are now trying to re-establish contact with many former Canberra personnel who attended our previous Canberra events, but whose contact details were recorded before the new GDPR regulations came into effect.

By contacting us and advising of your likely attendance we will get a good idea of participation numbers, which will mean that we will be able to make the necessary arrangements more effectively.

The museum is keen to hear from any former personnel. Ideally we would like you to send us as an Email By Clicking On This Link

An indication of the event that you would like to attend would be of great help to us. We will acknowledge each email and if you bring along a copy of your email to the event you will get the reduced rate admission.

The event will be open to the general public who will be looking at the visiting displays and cockpits. These visiting displays are already listed elsewhere on museum website

At the moment we still have some display space available at the event for any individuals or groups that have a connection to the aircraft and their associated Squadrons. If anyone would like to apply for space then please request a participation form stating Canberra event, by sending us as an Email By Clicking On This Link
