Opening Times:
0900 – 1700 hours (last admission 1600 hours);
(Café) 0800 to 0830 hours start drinks & snacks;
0830 to 0900 hours start bacon cobs
We suggest that you arrive early as some sellers may start to pack up at around 1400 hours
Admission: Adults £11.00, Over 65s £10.00, Children £5.50 and Family ticket [2 adults & 3 children] £30.00 {Please consider the Gift Aid option as it raises valuable extra funds for the museum}
The Admission point will be via the Museum Shop; starting at 9am on Saturday.
The Museum Shop will be open at the same times.
We will NOT be operating a Quick Admission point in the Southfield on this occasion.

Museum Open to the public
Car parking: Our main car parking for this event will be on the Southfield Site, which is approached along the old taxiway (past the car auction storage compound) towards the museum and through the gate. Taxiway parking on the approach to the museum is still available for people with any Motability needs. Marshals will be on hand to guide you to spaces.
Catering: Museum café open on the Southfield Site & with bacon butties etc. available during the morning from the gazebo close to this location at the time listed above.
Overview: Museum resident aircraft cockpits open for visitors at an additional fee, payable on each aircraft
Various museum aircraft cockpits open for people to view, by donation if visitors feel able to contribute

10:15 (Coffee in Dambusters Hut)
10:15 - 12:30 Museum visits
12:15 Lunch (In Dambusters Hut)
Meeting & Talks 13:00 to 16.00 (In marquee)
Delegates are requested to notify our car parking marshals of their attendance & they will be directed to a nominated car parking area.
Please note that during recent times there has been an increase in wildlife
activity on site, which has resulted in some areas of the site becoming more
uneven. We are working to rectify this situation but visitors will need to
exercise more caution when walking around and please wear sensible footwear.
