Email issues
Once again we seem to be suffering from intermittent problems with our email server, for certain email accounts. As a consequence we are struggling to receive emails (on all accounts); albeit we're able to send them; so if it is important please give us a call us on 01636 707170 (10am to 3.45pm).
This is in addition to the previous intermittent glitch that will not let us reply/answer to some emails that have arrived from hotmail accounts. These keep getting bounced with a security error message about the validity of the accounts.
So if you have a hotmail account and you’re in urgent need to contact us and need a reply so we still suggest that you revert to the good old telephone 01636 707170; this does have an out of hours answerphone so please leave a message and we’ll get back to you.
Hopefully normal service will return soon, but messages can also be relayed via our Twitter feed and Facebook account,
